The Production Assistant is responsible for executing the day-to-day assignments within a show for the department. The role of the PA is also extends across the department, working on variety of shows and functions as needed.


• Meet with Producers to plan and carry out production assignments; includes preparing materials for editing and pre-production.

• Coordinate with show Associate Producer and/or Chief Editor to maintain, music cue sheets, research for graphics and gathering footage for editors.

• Prepare travel arrangements and approvals for key members of production.

• Coordinate logistical needs for studio guests or live shots with producers.

• Field produce stories and assist with live shots as needed.

• Attain a complete knowledge of all show elements; how they work and how they are applied within a show.

• General office work in preparation for a show



• College or University degree in Communications preferred.

• An interest in sports broadcasting with an emphasis in soccer and boxing for US Hispanic domestic markets.

• Must read and speak Spanish fluently.

• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice

• Must be able to work a non-conventional work schedule and should have a valid passport for travel.

• Must be willing to work in Hialeah, Florida and Stamford, Connecticut

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must have a valid driver’s license

  • Knowledge of network management and SNMP.

  • Experience in working with geographically distributed software teams

  • Masters or Bachelor degree in CS, CE, EE, or other technical field such as math or physics.
