Marketing Administrative Assistant

ZS Associates is a global management consulting firm specializing in sales and marketing strategy, operations and execution. A growing and entrepreneurial organization, we seek an experienced administrative professional who is organized and energetic, and who possesses superb interpersonal skills for the Marketing Team in our Evanston, IL office. Qualified applicants will have the skills detailed below and at least two years of relevant work experience.

The Administrative Assistant has responsibility for administrative support functions for multiple individuals, which include:
•Provide administrative support to multiple individuals (appointment, calendar and meeting management)
•Complete administrative processes (filing, correspondence, data entry, time reports, expense reports)
•Prepare travel arrangements and itineraries
•Assist with client proposals, presentations and special projects as needed
•Hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm

Required Skills:
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Professional demeanor, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
•Attention to detail, ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines, and reliability/dependability
•Computer fluency with MSOffice (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Lotus Notes
•Prior work experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant, preferably in a professional services environment
•Mature, proactive self-starter with ability to work independently
•College degree preferred
•Candidates must be U.S. citizens, US permanent residents or work-authorized residents. EOE. No relocation provided.
