Our client, one of the top luxury hospitality brands globally is currently looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join their Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant serving exquisite local and regional specialities.
The successful candidate must be able to design and implement menus to fit the requirements of the outlets as instructed by the Executive Chef. He/ She must have strong leadership skills and staffs training experience to ensure improvements in all areas are administered. Follow through and monitor all HACCP related issues, ensure consistency with quality, and food handling is done in a respective manner and in accordance with HACCP. Ensure department employees are fully train in culinary skills, and can decide on hiring, promotion, and disciplinary action.
Candidate must have 10+ years working experience and a solid knowledge/ working experience with Chinese Cuisine. Must have excellent knowledge in HACCP, creative, flexible, and possess good administrative skills. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English and any Michelin-star restaurant experience is a plus.
