My client, a small membership body, provides guidance and advice to professionals within the legal sector. They are a leader in advocating for the advancement of knowledge in this area and provide effective networking opportunities for their members to share information.

A newly created position exists for a strategic Communications, Membership and Events Manager to join this small, professional team. Working closely with the Executive Director you will implement the organisation's strategic plan and deliver a suite of communications activities. This will include managing their website and communicating consistent branding through their PR, social media and online publications. Further to this, your role will be to manage their database and the coordination of their National and International conferences. You will focus on the retention of members and ensure that the organisation's engagement is of the highest standard. This will be guaranteed by reviewing all communications material sent out as well as delivering a smooth and engaging conference. You will manage one member of staff.

As an experienced Communications leader you will be a creative, solutions focused candidate with the ability to work at both a strategic and operational level. You will be an excellent writer with the ability to manage membership, events and stakeholders. You will have a confident leadership style but will work with a collegiate approach. Preferably you will have managed a database in a professional services environment.
