A leading European infrastructure and environment technology company in the world with over 3000 employees in Japan is seeking an experienced, highly motivated HR business partner.
This business partner will join a team of 20+ progressive and globally-minded HR professionals. The organization is expanding in Japan acquiring a number of local businesses. This position will proactively partner with local and international leadership in driving strategic & functional HR initiatives. He or she will be involved in various local & global projects covering recruitment, talent management, performance, HR systems and planning, and diversity. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who would not settle for mundane daily HR responsibilities but would always strive for the better and go the extra mile.
You will have at least 5 years' HR experience in a global, matrix organization, with knowledge of overall Human Resources areas. Experience as a generalist and high literacy in the Japanese labor laws are required. Fluency in Japanese and English is a must. Ability to build rapport, coach management, and work in a team-oriented environment is highly sought. Someone who's proactive and highly-motivated will thrive in this team of numerous opportunities.
