Job Description

The Technical Incident Engineer is expected to be the expert in all matters. The ability to research problems and find solutions to any problem is paramount. The Technical Incident Engineer is expected to fill any roll needed by Technical Support whether it is customer facing needs, training of other support, or interfacing with Continued Product Development.   • Maintain high quality of academic delivery in his/her own classes ensuring consistently high standards

  • Prepare and lead Clubhouse Activities before classes with educational value

Basic Qualifications



Job Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution

  • Candidates must have at least 1 year post-bachelor teaching experience, Egnlish language teaching certificate is preferred.
